The service will initially operate five days a week, with plans to increase to daily trips between Memorial Day and Labor Day, the company said.

FlixBus said the new route is designed to improve regional connectivity for both residents and the state’s more than 14 million annual visitors, offering a direct travel option without transfers.

The launch comes amid a nationwide rise in intercity bus travel, as more travelers seek lower-cost, convenient alternatives to driving or flying.

Passengers will have access to onboard amenities that include free Wi-Fi, guaranteed seating, and a complimentary luggage allowance.
