By accessing alltravelbookings.in, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our platform provides travel utility tools and booking facilitation for flights, trains, buses, and hotels.
2. Role as an Intermediary
Alltravelbookings.in operates as an Online Travel Aggregator (OTA). We facilitate bookings between you and our third-party service providers (e.g., Klook, Aviasales, Welcome Pickups). We are not responsible for service delays, cancellations, or the quality of service provided by these third parties.
3. Booking & Payments
Payments made via UPI on our platform incur ₹0 Payment Gateway fees. While we offer “Price Lock” features, fares are subject to change by the provider until the booking is fully confirmed and ticketed.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the specific terms of the airline, railway, or hotel provider. Our “Instant Refund” feature applies only to eligible “Assured” bookings. Processing times for standard refunds may vary depending on the partner’s policy.
5. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided (names, dates, email) is accurate. You must possess valid passports, visas, and health certificates required for your destination.
6. Limitation of Liability
Alltravelbookings.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our utility tools, including PNR status predictions or flight delay alerts.
